Q. How do I join in on the fun?
A. You can request to join our GIRLS ONLY Facebook Group here.

Please ensure you answer all the joining questions & agree to the group rules. One of our leadership team members will accept your request.

Inside you’ll find a really great group of girls who can help answer all your 4wdriving, camping & outdoor questions.

Q. What is the average delivery time?
A. Most orders will be sent within 7 business days of order, pending availability of stock, some stock will need to be printed before dispatch. All orders are sent via Australia Post from our supplier in Melbourne. You will be sent a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive, depending on delivery location, sometimes more for regional Australia. For international orders, please allow 14 – 21days from the date of dispatch.

Q. What is the returns & exchange Policy?
A. If your purchase is damaged or faulty in any way, we ask that you contact us at sales@yeahthegirls4x4.com.au with a photo of the issue and your order number. This must be done within 7 days of delivery. Once assessed by our team, we will provide a replacement or refund if stock is unavailable.

Exchanges are not applicable due to incorrect sizing or change of mind.

*Only purchases made directly from yeahthegirls4x4.com.au are eligible to be returned.

Q. What if my order or product doesn’t arrive?

Australian Orders
A. If your product does not arrive within 30 days we ask that you contact us at sales@yeahthegirls4x4.com.au  your order number, so we can investigate for you. Products returned via Australia post due to not being collected from the post office or incorrect address will incur a $15 reshipping fee.

International Orders
A. If your product does not arrive within 45 days we ask that you contact us at sales@yeahthegirls4x4.com.au  your order number, so we can investigate for you. Products returned via Australia post due to not being collected from the post office or incorrect address will incur a $25 reshipping fee.

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. We accept Credit/Debit cards and Paypal payments.
Afterpay is available for orders $100+
